Last updated: 6 November 2026. These terms apply when you use the StitchCraft app or trystitchcraft.com.

The short version

The patterns you make are yours. Only use photos you have the right to use.
Premium is bought and managed through Apple. Refunds go through Apple too.
Screen colors are a guide. Check real thread before you buy.

1. About these terms

StitchCraft and trystitchcraft.com are run by Parivee Apps, the Netherlands (info@trystitchcraft.com). By using the app or the website you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to read them with you.

2. Your patterns

You own the patterns you create. Only use photos that you took yourself or have permission to use, and respect other people's copyright, for example when you sell finished work or patterns.

3. Premium

StitchCraft is free to download. Premium unlocks extra features and is available as a yearly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown in the app.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. A subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings at any time.

If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.

4. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.

5. Fair use

Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, use it to break the law, or try to disrupt the app or the website.

6. Our content

The app, its design, texts and the website belong to Parivee Apps. DMC, Anchor, Appletons and COSMO are trademarks of their owners. StitchCraft is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

7. Colors and estimates

Thread colors on a screen are an approximation. Thread amounts, sizes and stitching times are estimates. Check your materials before you buy and start.

8. Liability

We work hard to keep StitchCraft reliable, but the app and the website are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost data. Keep a backup of patterns that matter to you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

9. Changes

We may change the app, the website or these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For big changes we will let you know in the app or on this site.

10. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the consumer law of your country says otherwise. Questions? Email info@trystitchcraft.com first. We would much rather help.
